• Delivery charges may apply based on your location and the size of the product.
• Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• You will receive updates via phone or SMS regarding your delivery.

3. 🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

Return/Exchange Conditions:

• Product must be damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return:

• Used products
• Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
• Issues raised after 48 hours of delivery
