Returns & Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return/replacement only if:
They are defective, damaged, or wrong item received.
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to customer misuse.
Products with missing accessories/manuals.
Opened software, earphones, or hygiene-related products.
Items bought on Special Discount / Clearance Sale (only replacement if defective).

Partial Refunds
If product is returned with missing parts or shows signs of use, a partial refund may be issued after inspection.
Non-Refundable Cases
If product damage is caused due to customer mishandling or wrong installation.
If return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
Replacement Policy
If you received a defective or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Replacement depends on product availability. If not available, a full refund will be processed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery (as per return policy).
